Western Investment Fund
The Western Development Commission is responsible for the management and administration of the €32 million Western Investment Fund which provides risk capital by way of equity and loans, on a commercial basis, to projects and businesses. They are armed with responsibility for fostering and promoting economic and social development in the Western Region of Ireland.
